CEK Design, Inc. is a complete interior design and remodeling firm, and we are happy to handle your project from A to Z. While we are capable of providing  our clients with a complete design service, many of our projects incorporate only part of our services. New Construction – If you are building a new home, you will be amazed how many decisions you will have to make, from selecting your doors and windows to deciding on the color of your grout. Most architects will not be involved in the small details that are so important in the finished project. Most  builders will advise you that prolonging your decision will affect the schedule and delay your construction.We have helped many clients through out this process. My advice is to bring in an interior designer as early as possible, even before the plans are finalized. You will be amazed what a difference it can make.

Project Management - A successful construction or remodeling project involves many elements and often many providers. CEK Design specializes in overseeing complex projects to ensure that all the parties are working toward a common goal, and that each step is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. We also serve as a liaison between our clients and the construction teams, taking on the burdens of decision-making to guarantee a perfect result.

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling – At CEK Design  we are passionate about remodeling and have orchestrated numerous kitchen and bathroom  remodeling projects throughout the years. We are very proud to be associated with some of the best trades people in the business.

Space Planning – Floor plans are the base of the design pyramid, the foundation for  every room. Before you begin shopping for furniture you may want to consider having a designer develop a floor plan for your rooms. It can definitely help you avoid costly mistakes.

Consultation – You may be in the process of purchasing a new home or just in need  of refreshing your current residence. CEK Design offers a variety of consultation options, from helping you develop a color scheme to advising you on flooring, lighting, decorative trims and so much more. We can help you clarify your options and set priorities before the work begins.

Furniture – We offer many known brands like Fremarc, Italart and Lorts, but also have access to small boutique manufacturers that specialize in custom pieces. We will gladly take you on shopping expeditions to the wonderful showrooms that are available only to the trade in order to help you find exquisite one-of-a-kind pieces.

Custom window treatments and custom bedding – We believe that custom window treatments and bedding are an art. We help you select the right fabrics, trims and hardware to best fit your décor. When you make an appointment for fabric selection, you will be mesmerized with what we have to offer.  Our workmanship and finishing touches are absolutely superb.

Reupholstery – Custom upholstery , slip-covers and decorative pillows at the level of quality you should expect. We also manufacture custom pieces from sofas and chairs to upholster headboards and ottomans.

Fabrics – Our South Bay office has a library with thousands of fabrics, among others we represent Fabricut, Vervain, S. Harris, Robert Allen and Beacon Hill. We also have access to numerous showrooms at the Pacific Design Center.

Accessories – The secret is not only where and what to purchase but also placement. CEK Design will help you create beautiful vignettes incorporating your new pieces with your old collections.

Art Consultation – At CEK we understand how personal art is, but we have also found that many of our clients rely on us to help them select the right pieces for their rooms. We have connections with many art dealers and can offer you a great variety of options, from original pieces to good quality reproductions. We can also take care of all your framing needs with our to-the-trade-only framing facility. One of the most important aspects of art consultation is creating pleasing artscapes for your walls. We can help you not only decide where to hang your pieces but can also introduce you to a professional  art hanger who will hang your pieces safely without damaging your walls.
