My client wanted to turn a very dated house build in the mid 90's into a modern sleek home. Simple and elegant I think I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

The design is very contemporary with clean lines and a good use of space. The cabinets are walnut and the quartz was used for both the counter and the splash. I love the microwave drawer and the contemporary stainless farmhouse sink.

The breakfast nook is part of the kitchen. I designed and had a custom banquette build with storage inside. The zinc table top and simple chairs keeps the look simple and helps highlight the amazing hanging glass chandelier.

The contemporary living room needed a splash of color. I brought in a mix of powder blue and tangerine in the pillows and the rug. the coffee table is iron with a textured white leather top.

The Master Bathroom is sleek and simple. We opted for a stone pebble floor and simple porcelain tile and the vessel sinks and tall faucets give it a very modern look. I love using framed mirrors instead of a large mirror and was very careful in selecting the handles.
